I weigh 150, but sometimes I let my weight go down a bit from that, rarely up.
I don't care when you weigh yourself, just be consistent about it. Every scale will give you a different weight. You don't need accuracy, you need consistency.
No, I almost never weigh myself. As long as my pants fit, I'm the right weight.
If you overeat on calories, you gain weight.
