Doug doesn't want to stray from what his claims are in his book but
yes 80/10/10 is lacking in iodine but even meat eaters need to be
worried about iodine in todays toxic society filled with increased
exposure to bromide, chlorine and fluoride. If you want some good
info on iodine read Lynn Farrows book "The Iodine Crisis" or
Brownstein's book "Iodine :Why You Need It, Why You Can't Live
Without It".

Doug just probably isnt up on the whole iodine thing, which I dont
blame him, many of my favourite plant-based doctors are not. I've
spoke to David Klein and Rick Dina and they both don't give much
attention to iodine deficiency, Don Bennett is one of the only health
practitioners i've met stressing the importance of it. Get in touch
with Don if you want to learn more. or join the Curezone iodine
group.
