I don't feel terrible. I would say I feel okay-good the majority of the time, but not outstanding. I have had bouts of having to urinate very frequently, and sometimes even 4-5 times a night. Sometimes I feel like I have to go but very little comes out, yet I do not have any pain or signs of a bladder infection. I also have bouts of unexplainable itchy legs, particularly my calves, and for the most part at night. These things seem to come and go, and I can not figure out the rhyme or reason. I also find that I need quite a bit more sleep than most people, and without adequate sleep I can barely function. I also have pretty slow digestion no matter what I eat. It often comes out in small quantities at a time throughout the day, rather than feeling like I had a full release of the bowels. When I have mentioned these things to traditional doctors I have seen, they prescribe blood tests, and the tests always come back normal.

I am a 29 year old female, 125 lbs, 19% body fat. I am fairly active with dance and pilates, and I am involved in these activities for at least 2 hours a day/ 6 days a week on average. Overall, I feel like I am in good shape fitness wise.

I have been eating a vegan diet consisting of 15 - 30% raw foods for the last year. I would say my diet has been probably in the range of 15 - 20% fat, as I do not consume nuts/seeds/or avocados more that once or twice a week. The live blood analysis I recently had showed no fat or plaque in my blood, no uric acid, and it showed very little sugar in my blood.

My husband and I are business owners and we have been traveling a lot the last few years participating in Tony Robbins seminars. This is what got us started in eating a high raw vegan diet. I have felt better with this diet, yet I feel like something in my body is out of balance and like I could have more energy, but I just can not figure out what it is. I have been searching for ways to improve my health and came across your book. It just made sense to me. For the last 2 weeks I have been following the 80-10-10 diet. I saw that you mention live blood analysis in your book, so I thought maybe you could offer some advice on the subject.
