I hear you. You are trying to understand, and that's great.
All you care for is not a challenge to eat all you can. If you don't eat enough fruit, you will crave. Most beginners find that fruit is so satiating that they have a hard time eating enough, hence the welcome to eat "all the fresh fruit you care for."

One option you have is to raise your activity level a bit. Adding muscle through strength training lowers body fat without even having to lose weight. Of course, you may wish to also lose a bit of weight. If weight loss is part of your goal, you could try starting your fruit meals with some lettuce, celery, or cucumber, to lower the total calorie intake at the meal.

Personally, I wouldn't worry too much about number crunching. I'd just eat, sleep, train, and live your life, and watch 811 work for you. IF it doesn't get you the results you want, then ask questions, and we will help you tweak your program.
