Subject:         Dr Graham - what would you recommend?

Hi Dr Graham and thank you for this message board.

I have been following the 811rv lifestyle for a couple of years and for several months now have not been wanting to eat many bananas or dried fruit. I feel my best on more watery fruit, however then I cannot eat enough to meet my calories.

I have been adding avocadoes in the evening, all within the 80/10/10 guidelines. If I was to continue with this water-rich fruit/avocado plan, will I gain extra weight because of the fats? I used to be 90/5/5 for weight reasons.

Please advice.
