Mr. Graham

I will try to be as objective as possible. My main intention of doing so is to reveal the truth about the vegan diets and prevent further suffering. My motives are the same motives of brave people like Lierre Keith. Same as her, I am puzzled by how these vegan diets are still alive knowing that a whole generation had experimented with them and suffered as a result.
The forum that I was referring to in my previous post is 30 bananas a day. The same post that I posted here was deemed very unacceptable there and my account was suspended. I understand that 30baday is a main place to recruit follower for your diet. During my 2 year intensive participation in that forum I closely observed how every deviance from the 801010 approach is faced with ridicule, ostracism, and expulsion. I remember in one instance when a popular member of the forum said that she liked adding lemon to the salad. Oranges are recommended in your diet but not lemon. This provoked a series of altercations. Finally this member was accused, falsely, of promoting drugs, just to discredit her. That was a clear example of fanaticism and even madness. Another place is foodnsport on youtube where critical comments are deleted.
Although it is hard for me to talk about my health problems I will do that. My health problems were consistent with the problems associated with all vegan diets. Some of the early symptoms for me and many people in forums were the following: the typical anorexic look of 801010 people, frequent urination, candida, teeth sensitivity, lack of libido, low energy. Although I would go jogging for few miles sometimes, I had to go and spend the day resting. I was unable to experience deep sleep unless I do fasting for a day. I wasnít able to experience strong emotions, had intolerance and sensitivity to many foods that I didnít have problem with before. I couldnít handle stress at all. I thought I was doing something wrong in the first year but with time as I became more familiar with the experience of others, it seemed to me these symptoms are the norms.
The symptoms progressed very slowly over the 4 years period, and were bearable until I eventually developed more serious neurological symptoms with pain in every part of my body. I had dizziness, visual disturbances, shortness of breath, back pain, joints pain. My limbs went numb very quickly when I lean on them. Areas of close contact between bones and nerves were always a common place for pain. The most serious symptoms were fainting, extreme abdominal cramps, and urination problems.
