I want to loose weight (163cm, 60kg at the moment) and become healthier and fitter in general. Stronger, more flexible, less huffin and puffin when i run up stairs,... And yes, i definitely want to target all 5 areas you mentioned. I can invest 10 hours a week minimum, i would think (already doing this amount at the moment, a mix of stationary bike, callanetics, callisthenics, running, gym, yoga stretches,...). It is a priority.
