But you must decide exactly what type of fitness, and what type of physique you wish to develop. You mention three areas of fitness, but what about the other two, muscular endurance and neurological fitness? You don't mention if you wish to get bigger in any specific areas of your body, whether you wish to gain or lose weight, or if you have any specific fitness goals in mind. How much time are you willing to designate towards fitness each week?
