Subject:         Roller Derby on 80/10/10

I am relatively new to veganism...just 4 months now...but I am feeling better than ever as I am now choosing my own health and feel relatively educated to do so.

Health aside...I want to obtain my greatest fitness level in record time...4 months! What is realistically possible! Can I do this.

I have just finished reading The 80/10/10 diet. It makes perfect sense to me. Can I do it. I bet I can. Will it make a difference. Does anyone have any transformation stories to share. Any encouragement or guidance. Please cheer me on. I begin tomorrow. January 20. By May 20 I hope to be 100% healthier...20% lower body fat (that is A LOT of body fat!)...and physically able to try out for the Canadian Derby team!
