In these winter days my breakfast is :8 large organic bananas or 1kg tangerines;
lunch:4-5 medium organic tomatoes or organic cucumber or 2 organic bell peppers;
dinner:a whole(non-organic)watermelon or piel de melo and about 30 min later I have second course:4-5perssimons,2-3 organic apples and a head of organic lettuce.Sometimes I replace lettuce with organic celery sticks(about 5)or organic kale.

I eat 14 halves of organic walnuts(in shells) twice a week(I always soak them overnight before eating).I don't eat any seeds or avocado as I don't really miss this kind of food.

I am 39;5.5 tall;8.3 stones.I never had children(if it's matter).I am quite active:about 30 min a day of excercising and jogging.I also go out for about 30 min every day to get some sun.I work as a seamstress.
