Hi DR. Graham

Every morning I exercise 30 mins bike..
I train with weight 1 day on 2. 30mins (mainly bench press) My day-off weight training I do sit-up. I burn 350 calories with my bike in average..

Recently I tried to increase my calorie intake from 3500 calories to 4700 calories.
I'm on 90-5-5 diet ratio approx. I consume 4 pounds of green daily mainly in 100% pure green juice.( omega)

I split this in three meals
bananas ripened + Green juice breakfast
bananas ripened + green juice lunch
bananas ripened + green juice dinner
8:30 PM a green juice to help me to avoid hypo during night.. I still have hypo during night.

I don't do any physical activity beside my morning sport during the rest of day.

I tried my basal insulin at different dosages.. from
0 to 5 levemir dosage.
Recently I tried at zero another time again.. I woke up with a really high blood glucose. 450 mg/dl
I checked my blood ketone with precision xtra meter. It was only 0.2 mmol/l ..
After this result, I tried to increase my levemir to 5units.. I woke up that time with 306 mg/dl. and my ketone was the same 0.2 mmol/l...

A lot of thing happened in past as well. I noticed a lot of strange trend of hypo-hyper..
I suspected a lot of things but I was not sure .
like rebound, dawn phenomon ,insulin resistance induced by exogenous insulin etc
As I see the key to reverse type 1 is more in methodology(protocol) than the nutrition.. Several methods could probably induce a complete reversal but we need a strong methodology well applied to obtain result..especially long-term diabetics type 1. I don't doubt a lot of advanced type 1 should have insulin resistance induced. It's the main hurdle to reverse long-term type 1 as I see.
Moreover, I seen in the recent medical literature hyperglycemia is linked to decrease of beta-cells mass. so it's a paradox you need in ideal world to be stable like a healthy subject to promote fast regeneration of pancreas.

I could not remember everything..
But I have one great example it happened 3 weeks ago.. I used 4 units of levemir at that time.
I went from 268.2 mg/dl to 88.2 mg/dl blood glucose.. at 23:48 to 00:11... in just 22 minutes.. it's really fast-moving... Is it something common very fast moving sugar? I didn't take any food prior that.... If it's common thing, I could miss a lot of hypo -hyper (rebounds) ....and it hampers me to see a global situation. Ideally I would need a cgms but I don't have coverage to get a cgms.

I'm really motivated to apply in detail your protocol and your suggestions. I don't have any doubt a good methodology could make truly a difference. I'm so much motivated .. I know several cases of reversal with high-fat plant diet but I don't know any case complete reversal |(zero insulin) and normal blood glucose from 90-5-5..Anyway I'm motivated to be the first if it's required.. I feel the key is a good protocol.
I tested positive anti-gad at diagnostic and other common auto-bodies linked to type 1. I dont know anyone with anti-gad positive who fully reversed through 95-5-5.

I may have forget to give important information you will need.

Feel free to ask me any more questions to get the missing information..

Thank you very much
