Sure, my experience with 811 has been very good compared to the wall I hit with overly rich foods on HFRV (or with cooked veg prior to that). So yes, I certainly have used information gleaned from experience.

While science certainly has its limits, based on your substantial reliance on scientific research to make your case for 811, you yourself undoubtedly see its merits (or at least relevance in modern society).

My inquisitiveness about the research behind this aspect of your program I feel goes hand-in-hand with my personal experience as subjective opinion is important, but does not always portray things accurately.

That stated, quite simply, if you want to present information as fact and base your opinion on such information, I do not think it is unreasonable for someone like myself to inquire as to the source. In your book you make similar criticisms of supporters of high-fat diets who neglect to ground their recommendations in well-established scientific research.

Multiple times I have used you yourself as a living example of the efficacy of this program. However, such examples do not quell my interest in how things line up on the scientific end of things.
