I'm lost. What was removed from sesame seed when it was crushed? Why would it not be whole?
I don't know what "processed" means to you, but cutting an apple with a knife is a process. Is the cut apple no longer whole?
Chewing is a process. Once I chew the apple, does it no longer qualify as whole? Of course it does.
Why would crushed seeds not be considered whole?
