Subject:         Becoming ripped on 80-10-10

Howdy!

I currently hold a bit of excess fat that I'd like to drop,
but I would also like to gain a little bit of muscle.

What would be the process of:
- dropping my BF% from 16 to 4
- gaining some muscle all-over?

In the past I would follow a 'bulk-and-cut' routine where you
would put on weight while bulking (say, 70% muscle, 30% fat),
then you cut to loose the fat (drop calories, MINIMAL CARBS,
MAXIMAL PROTEIN, maintain strength training).

Is there a way to maintain low levels of body fat while
gradually increasing muscle mass on the 80-10-10 *high carb*
*"low" protein* diet?
