Yes sir, but this time I have been a salt-free,
sugar-free LFRV (100% 80-10-10) since 12/10/13. I
think I've broken my addiction and cravings for SAD.
However, I still apparently eat when I'm hungry,
angry, lonely and tired. Therefore, It's hard for me
to stop eating, as required by a water fast!

Today I'm trying an intermittent fast. I fasted
'till noon, then ate 3 oranges, 4 bananas, and 3
apples, and I'm returning to the intermittent fast at
3pm. Hopefully, that will be all the eating I will
do until noon tomorrow...1,000 Calories?

I'm still living on a high-fat diet, however. I've
lost ten pounds since 12/10/13!

Perhaps fasting would still be easier for me if I
could go 3 days and get into ketosis?
