I have learned that the skin is a first indicator of deeper causes of dis-ease. That is why I'm excited to be practicing the 811 regimen. To heal deeper lying issues that I may not be aware of.
I haven't figured out what is causing the folliculitis. (I get it primarily on the front of my torso.) I find that clean bed sheets are important. But it doesn't solve the problem.
The eczema is aggravated by stimulants like coffee and tea. And I'm pretty sure that gluten is a culprit. Maybe dairy, not sure though.
When I first eliminated all of the above, and ate solely fruits, vegs, and nuts, my skin initially became rather dry and my scalp itched from time to time. I rarely get eczema nowadays. And 811 keeps it at bay.
I'm wondering if I should just treat the follicultis topically... It's not that bad, like some pictures you see on the internet. It's just annoying...
