Subject:         GMO [non]foods

I've been trying to renounce and abstain from GMO since
12/10. I assume that all soy, corn, sugar beets, tomatoes,
Brazil nuts, processed food, honey, sugar, potatoes, papaya,
Japanese persimmons, animal products, seedless watermelon,
rice and oil are GMO. That leaves greens, onions, mushrooms,
berries, beans, broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower to eat!

Is that correct?
