You are doing totally great! There is no reason to want to
increase the protein. 90/5/5 is absolutely as good as 80/10/10. It
is just as ideal. Also keep in mind that the goal is having good
long term averages.
If you're really curious about protein numbers, try some different
sites for nutrient info. Spark people, nutridiary, and the others
sometime have slightly different numbers, especially for protein.
And of course the actual value of each individual piece of fruit or
vegetable will vary a bit from the averages on the nutrient charts.
Really, 90-5-5 is great because even if the numbers are off by
several points, you're still in the perfect "minimum 80, maximum
10, maximum 10" range. If you're sticking with a variety of whole
plant foods and not exceeding 10 percent fat, and eating plenty
of greens, you could not be doing any better.
