Hi All,

How can I get 80/10/10...? I seem to be getting only 90/5/5. I've been using the CRON-O-Meter for just about a week now to measure my food intake. Calories are between 2500 and 3100. And I want to raise the amount of protein from 5-6% to 10%, without adding more fat ie. from nuts... It seems I'm getting plenty of calories. I usually have 3X (6 banana smoothie + 10.5 oz fresh-squeezed navel orange juice + another fruit ie. pineapple/strawberries/apple/raspberries etc.) Then I have some dates and maybe dried fruit like goji berries or white mulberries (I know dried fruit is not ideal, because of the lack of water, but I like them) Then I have a big salad with romaine/spinach/escarole/dark greens etc with a fruit/celery/nut(walnut,cashew,sunflower,almond etc)dressing. I feel like I'm following the diet as prescribed in the book, but I'm getting 90/5/5 according to the Cron-0-meter. What can I change to get to 80/10/10? I would like to know how to do this. However, Dr. Graham might just say, I don't need to... that 5-6% protein is just fine... right? ;) But I'm still curious, how to get the 80/10/10 balance just right. Köszönöm and gracias. =)
