Subject:         Green Bell Peppers

Dear Dr. Graham & forum participants,

I have always avoided consuming green bell peppers since I
know them to be unripe, and from what I understand, eating
unripe fruits can result in poor digestion.

However, do you ever eat them once in a while, like for its
particular flavor in a recipe, or when you go out to eat and
there are not many options to make a tasty salad with other
than some green bell peppers and lettuce?
