Yes, I am still learning to keep enough fruit in the
house! It certainly takes time for me. It is helpful
to get a specific tip from you about aiming for a 10-
day supply of fruits in the house.

When you eat your apples with dried fruits
(raisins/dates/figs), do you like to blend them
together in the food processor? I imagine you might
soak the dried fruits? It would be very helpful for me
to know, because I am looking for ways to make apples
tastier (granted that they don't continue to give me
stomach pain).

Also, how long can you typically keep apples at room
temperature before they start going mushy? I am
running out of fridge space, but I have oodles of
apples from various friends who have trees. Some of
the load can fit in the fridge, but the majority of it
