about 6-8% body-fat. I have very little muscle mass
(especially in my upper body).

So, if I continue eating normally, that is, neither
undereating nor overeating, I should be able to build
muscle at a normal pace?


P.S. If you have time, I would greatly appreciate a
more thorough explanation of my last question.
