Hi all,
I saw a post from about a week ago (which was thankfully
deleted), which included a suspicious rumour that involved me
being said to leave working for Dr. Graham because of
overwork. I want to say that this is not true, at all, and
that I left for other reasons (which I may post at a later
date). None of them involve or would suggest undesirable
qualities in Dr Graham. I have the utmost respect and
admiration for the work that Dr. Graham does, and I believe
the world is a tremendously better place because of him. I
have nothing bad to say about Fns, Dr Graham or 811.
As we speak, I am getting right back into 811. All the
evidence I know of would suggest to me that 811rv is our ideal
diet, hands down. Two years of experimenting with just about
every other diet on the planet has helped confirm that for me.

During the four-year stint I had with 811, social support was
something I really craved. I understand how difficult it can
be for people trying 811 for the first time, or trying to
maintain it, for this reason. I look forward to reading more
supportive, friendly posts in the future.
So please, can everyone here give each other, including Dr.
Graham, the utmost respect and courtesy? :)

Best wishes,
Luke
