Subject:         Bike injury

Hellos Doug
I had an accident with my bike yesterday.
I hit my ribs with my handle bar.
They are not broken or anything but they hurt when I breath deeply an do
certain movements
I do not want to quit exercising though.
I will not run because the impact makes them hurt, so does cycling on un
level ground.
I was thinking of stationary cycling in the gym.
Do you think this is a good option or is it better to have a total rest?
