Taking vitamins at double dose is dangerous? Feel free
to back up what you state with scientific or
experiential knowledge.

I had major depression for years and tried many
different ways to cure it. Many of them failed but I
did find a cure in the end.

For one to be diagnosed with major depression one has
to match the criteria for someone with major
depression. This is what all people with major
depression have in common.

I know all too well the characteristics of major
depression having lived with it for years and I know
suicide is a very real threat having worn the t-shirt
myself.

Out of all the replies I am the only one with
experiential knowledge that can be backed up by
science.

Holding on to an ideology is very dangerous indeed.
Philosophy is the love of wisdom. Wisdom comes from
experience not over intellectualism and clinging to
fanciful ideals.

David can take or leave my advise, that is entirely up
to him. I hope he researches that which I state to be
true to come to his own conclusions.
