Most days I excercise during my lunch hour and eat a bag of grapes at my desk afterwards. I had read your advise to workout before eating and that advise has really worked well for me. Every once in a while my schedule is such that I can't work out at lunch and I try to squeeze in a workout in the morning and that is when eating after the workout gets tricky as I may not have had any food for 10 hours or more. Would you eat just a couple of pieces of fruit before the morning workout or just skip eating all together until after your morning workout? I would definitely stay away from bananas before a workout as I did that once and I did feel sluggish. Thanks for any thoughts on this.
