Subject:         Young Coconut Meat Calories in High Energy Diet
Date: November 30, 2013 at 8:39 am PST

Hi all,

I've recently gotten a nice haul of young coconuts and have been enjoying some
recipes from Dr. Doug's High Energy Diet Recipe Guide that have young coconut
in them, specifically the Borscht and Green 'Keys' Salad (yummm)

However I'm having a rather difficult time logging my nutrient ratio on cron-o-
meter as the recipes give separate measurements for the young coconut
milk/water and the young coconut meat and no matter what I put in for the
coconut meat it sends the values either way above or way below the
calonutrient information given for the recipes in the book. Information for
mature coconut seems far too high, information for young coconut seems far
too low.

Anyone know where I might be going wrong or where I could get some more
accurate information so I don't feel like my nutrient ratio on cron-o-meter is
completely off - but without knowing whether it's too high or too low - at the
end of the day?

Thanks! :)
- Louise
