information as you and I am sceptical actually, and
even though the problem might be "solved" by taking
the supplement I'm not sure it is anything other than
a kind of symptom treatment. The theory says that it
has to do with sugar metabolism and chromium, but
melon belly often happens to me with unripe fruit
thats not even sweet! I'm not saying you're wrong, but
at the moment I'm trying to figure out if it could be
something else.

So the question still remains, what causes melon
belly? Some people say hydration but I'm certain
that's not it. I have a feeling it is about unripe
fruit, and I dont mean super unripe, that would of
course cause stomach pains, but just ever so slightly
under. And I think it has to do with tree ripening.
