Thank you! A typical day would be as much melon as I can eat after my
20-30 minute workout. Followed by a 4-5 banana/berry smoothie that I work on
from about 12-3 p.m. And a LARGE salad by 5-6 pm, with perhaps 1/3 of a medium avocado
blended with orange and lemon juices, but not overt fat every day.
I have trouble finishing the amount of smoothie I make AND the amount of salad.
Maybe more juices for the time being, until I can build up
the amount of fiber that my system is able to digest? Thank you, again!! :)
