Subject:         Recovery time after exercise

Hi Dr. Graham

I started 80/10/10 raw vegan lifestyle about a month ago and before that I
was a cooked vegan. I used to go to the gym at least 4-5 times per week. It
would usually take me a day or two to recover after working one muscle
group (for example legs) for an hour to an hour and a half. Now even
though i dropped the weight i was using by about 20 lbs it takes me at least
5 days if not more to recover and my muscles constantly cramp up. I weight
60 kgs, 168cm and consume at least 2500-3000 calories. If you can
suggest what I can do to recover quicker, or how to properly fuel before
and after exercise that would be great. Thank you so much for your time
