Tomatoes slightly dried are wonderful, for instance.
Marrow becomes far more enjoyable after 2-3 hours of
low temp. Vegetables become softer after a couple
hours at low temp."

I don't have a dehydrator...should I get one or could
I use an oven at a low temperature to accomplish
softening my vegetables without cooking them?
