You are wrong in assuming that fruit has a high impact on blood sugar. As a type 1 diabetic I am now taking 1/4 the insulin I used to be taking on a SAD diet and am under way better control over my blood sugars. Ask any diabetic that's on 80/10/10 and they will tell you the same; that their blood sugars are under control and they have been able to decrease or or eliminate the need for insulin/meds.

You are also wrong in number 3 again. Even when measuring by calories fruit has a much lower GL than most other foods.

Not sure why you are trying to discredit fruit as a health food on this website. People know better here.
