Subject:         Stubborn bowel, why doctor G?

Hello Doc,
I've been following the 801010 program really well for 4 months now.
I exercise every other day
I eat around 2300cals
I sleep well
I drink around 3 liters of water
I eat 3 monomeals of fresh whole fruits (melons oranges grapes, figs
mangos) and a large (1kg) salad with tomatoes and leafy greens in the
evenings with overt fats 3 times a week under 10%
The first two months I went to the bathroom after each meal.
Now I hardly go in the morning, and my poo looks dry and thin.
I sometimes have smelly gas even if I food combine
Is you look at me sideways my bowel looks bloated
I really don't understand why

The things that have changed in the last two months are:
-before I used to eat fats every day in the evening (always under 10%)
-did much less cardio exercise
-maybe drank less water
-made 5 smaller meals instead of two big
-ate 2500-2600cal instead of 2300cals

Someone said to me that to much water can make you constipated...
I drink more because my poo sometimes looks dry
Can you help me?
