While I would love to see the people who succeeded on
80/10/10 stay on 80/10/10, everyone has the freedom to
follow the diet that they choose, just as everyone has
the freedom to accept or reject suggestions on health
and nutrition.

Also, just because a person is practicing and/or
promoting a given diet today, this month, or this
year, doesn't mean they will always and forever be on
it.

I myself have strayed away from 80/10/10 many times in
the past, but always came back. I did enough
experimentation with other diets (cooked vegan and
cooked non-vegan) to learn that there is nothing that
works better than 80/10/10 for me. I am now more
committed than ever to stay on this lifestyle for
good, granted I continue to succeed on it.
