Great video.
I have found that I can ONLY eat fresh, juicy dates.
And I eat them when I have to eat close to exercise.
For example, Hot Yoga (like Bikram). If I let myself
get hungry and do it, I get sick. If I eat any other
fruit and do it, I get sick. If I eat dates, I am
fine.

Michael Arnstein (Fruitarian) also uses dates for
quick steady fuel with his races, etc.

I agree with Dr D in the video that making it a
staple just for calories on a day to day basis isn't
wise for me. But, using them to keep my blood sugar
stable when doing intense exercise is.
But they have to be fresh. I cannot digest the store
bought dates without difficulty and ironically blood
sugar issues.

Love and light,
Lisa
