Hi. I recently did some bloodwork and got 28 for vit d, considered quite low, close to deficient i think. This test was done after a long summer which to a large extent was spent outside. This leads me to think the problem could be my cholesterol levels being too low. One thing i have been eating sparingly or even rarely during this year is nuts and seeds. Ive had avocado as a steady companion during the whole year though. Do you think it would be wise to increase the amount of nuts & seeds? Maybe coconut?
