Subject:         Dr D - nerviousness after intensity training

Dr Graham, my question is about feeling nervous and overly-stimulated after intense interval training workouts and runs. I do them during the day, drink enough and eat enough to recover, however I always notice that I get overly-stimulated and can have difficulty with sleeping. I also do some deep breathing ans stretching to relax my body, however still have the same symptoms.
Could this be because I am going too fast for myself? What is it that I can do?
