Ok so I've been struggling to eat right/enough for a little while as I really
don't have the money coming in, so it's a bit of a vicious cycle. A few
weeks ago I went quite dizzy for a day, the next day dizzy plus whole
body infection feeling and lack of appetite, I took some herbal antibiotics
(warburgia salutaris) and the next day the infected feeling was gone but
I had a nasty nasty headache which hurt constantly but was worse if I
moved my head or my eyes! I slept most of that day. The few days after
that I slowly improved, until my head was totally fine, I just felt quite
weak from not having eaten much. I think it was just the herbs kicking in
because the headache came back the next day (I stopped taking them).
It's been coming and going ever since. Most notably when I've eaten rice
or potatoes.. my most common dinner foods (bananas most of the day).
So this week, Tuesday and Wednesday I had potatoes (they hadn't been
a problem yet), some of them on Wednesday did taste not quite right so
it could be that. Thursday the dizziness was back and appetite was low
but I had things to do so ignored both like a fool. Yesterday no appetite,
headache very mild, but felt quite nauseous and very weak. Today I feel
really horrible. My head is ok other than the dizziness, but horribly weak
maybe from not eating? My stomach is rumbling but I really don't want
food. I got up to to go the toilet and thought I was going to be sick.
Water fasting kind of makes sense right now as my mouth feels dry
however much I drink and I really don't want food. Though I'm
wondering how something like OJ would go down. We don't have any
oranges though.

I'd really appreciate some advice, people are getting worried and while
my partner knows better than to tell me to get antibiotics from the Dr, I
know he's thinking it.

Thanks,
Chloe x
