1. The 2000 calorie daily recommendation for women mentioned in The 80/10/10 Diet was based upon a woman doing at least 400 calories of physical activity per day, on average.
2. I recommend eating meals, and not grazing or snacking.
3. If she really wants to see rapid weight gain, try potatoes and other starchy foods.
4. I recommend fresh foods over dried fruits, especially for weight loss.
5. I recommend consuming some greens, such as celery, lettuce, or cucumber, with the dinner fruit meal.

Implement all of these changes and the program will work more the way I intended, and exactly as your girl is hoping it will.
