Subject:         no way back to cooked foods?

Dear Doctor Graham!
In your book you wrote not to be afraid of trying 80/10/10,
as we can always go back to cooked food, if we want. I have
been trying this diet for one year now, eating a cooked oat
meal for breakfast, salad,fruits, smoothie for lunch and
dinner. Sometimes I eat low fat cooked food when I'm out,
but I always feel stomach and gallbladder pain, and the
same happens now, when I eat my oat flakes in the morning.
Why does it happen? Is there no way back to cooked food?
