Ok! I'll do that. I have tried eating large amounts of bananas per
day and with that I seem to have intense salt cravings an
dehydration despite drinking 4L of water a day and always
getting greens in. Should I base my diet more on richer fruits?
And what is an ideal formula in which to eat to suceed? I've
heard you've told others a way of eating which really works.
