Subject:         the way the body fuels excercise

Hi Doug

Can you change the percentages of what your body uses as fuel when exercising
at different intensities?

I.e if you jog at a certain speed and say you use 50% fat and 50% sugar, if you
start going faster with that percentage change or will it stay the same?
