Thank you for your time and your reply Dr.Graham!
My diet at the moment consists of 2L of FRESH squeezed orange
juice, 1 whole RIPE super sweet pineapple, 6 cups of green grapes,
and dinner is a large salad of usually 1 pound of greens topped with
non-sweet fruits such as tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper. I am
very careful about food combining and never consume garlic or
onion. I do not weight lift, I have tried to do more strenuous exercise
and when I do I find I run into a situation of a calorie deficit and
feeling nauseous, weak, lethargic, foggy, and overall unwell from not
being able to consume enough food and being so underweight. On
these days I have even consumed upwards of 3,400 and still feel the
same. I do love my running and trail walking, but would not oblige to
some weight lifting if you think it would help. Is there any foods I
should add or take out?
Thank you again for your help!
