As I understand how the body works, eating fruits and veggies leaves an alkaline residue or effect on the body. When you eat meat,salt,nuts,grains etc. these tend to leave the body more acidic. Is this correct? Would drinking vinegar leave an alkaline effect in the body? My friend stated this to me the other day(as I said in the previous e-mail)
I thought what makes the body alkaline is healthful living. My question is does ingesting fermented starch (vinegar) tend to leave the body in a more alkaline state?
