Dear Dr. Graham,

I was wondering if you had a view on newborn cord blood banking? It seems
the potential benefit is that it could help in the case of terminal illness, the
negative is that it requires early cord clamping, placing the baby at a high risk
of anaemia. Clamping at 30 seconds is still acceptable, but not the 3 minutes,
which is when the cord stops pulsating, or later, which would be my preference.

With much appreciation,
Bronwyn
