Dr Graham's book "The New High Energy Diet Recipe Guide" has
plenty of overt-fat free recipes in it, although they're not all fat-free.
The fat is easy to omit in the recipes that include fat.

You also might try using the recipes you find and omit the fat.

I don't use recipes and I don't eat overt fats. I don't have any desire
for them. I really love fruit and I like the experience of peeling it with
my hands and biting into it. I put my greens in smoothies or eat them
plain.

There's a lot to be said by being very grateful for food and sitting and
meditating on it when you eat it. We're very lucky to live in an age
where we can access high quality fruit and vegetables from around
the world at almost any time of the day, especially when others are
starving or becoming very ill through fatty, processed foods. You can
also visualise your healing as you eat. You may find it all suddenly
tastes better!
