Hi Doug,

One aspect you do not address in your 80/10/10 is the impact of this lifestyle on fertility. And if I google it, all I come across (also on YouTube) is how women have lost their cycles on this lifestyle. For me no cycle=no ovulation or too thin uterine lining. Thus no pregnancy.

We have fertility issues as is, and IVF (and a Godly miracle) is our only hope of conception. I have been 70% raw for three months, and I am aspiring to go 100% raw now. My concern however is that we will be attempting IVF in January, and I do not want to jeopardize or chances of falling pregnant by adapting to a lifestyle which may take a year to correct hormonal balances and have a cycle again.

what is your opinion on this? Please note that our fertility issues stems from severe male issues and that merely adapting both our diets (not that my husband will ever do so), will by no means have us miraculously fall pregnant.

My questions in short is thus:
- Why does so many women loose their menstrual cycle on this diet?
- Is this lifestyle suggested when undergoing fertility treatments?
