Dear Dr Graham,

I've been eating 80/10/10 (with simple mono-meals) for over 2 years now, and during the past few weeks (around 6 weeks) I've been experiencing dandruff.

My daily meal plan usually looks like this:

- Banana smoothie in the morning (10-12 bananas blended with a small amount of distilled water)
- 1 large melon (usually Piel de Sapo) for lunch
- 2 heads of (romaine lettuce) with durian (around 500g or so) in the evening.

So really simple, mono-meals. The bananas are always organic and so is the salad (lettuce). The (Thai) durian is not organic and neither is the melon.

Other than this, my lifestyle is very clean (Natural Hygiene), and I only use Dr Bronner's Baby Mild castile soap for washing my hair etc (and I've been using this product for many years before the dandruff occurred).

Any ideas what might be causing the dandruff?

Many thanks, Danny
