I wouldn't recommend such a plan, and would rather see you show a 100-200 calorie deficit every day for the entire period of time till the weight is lost. The loss will happen either way, but huge deficits invariably lead to cravings.

Why not just keep eating as you are but increase physical exertions slightly?
