Hi Doug!

I've got a little bit of extra body fat that I'd like to
loose, maybe 6-8 pounds or so. I'm planning on loosing it
slowly over about 6 months without any stress.

Do you see any problems with attempting to do a 1500 calorie
deficit per day (eating one meal of about 600 or so in the
afternoon, staying fairly inactive, I usually stay active and
eat about 2700) over a 9 day period just to get the "edge" of,
followed by a 9 day period of 500 deficit, and then just do a
couple of low calorie days a month over the next half year?

Would this be effective you think?
